We pack every Silopanna order with care and get it moving fast, so you can get back to the good stuff: dock days, downtown plans, and everything in between.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your cart qualifies.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
During new drops, holidays, or pop-up weekends, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers (USPS and UPS). Delivery times begin once your order leaves our hands.
Typical delivery estimates:

Local Pickup (Annapolis)
Live local or visiting soon? We offer local pickup for select orders.

How it works: Choose Local Pickup at checkout (when available).

Pickup timing: You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1–2 business days.

Pickup location: Pickup details and instructions will be included in your ready-for-pickup email.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you choose.
If your order is over $75, standard domestic shipping is on us.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, Silopanna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, reach out and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier and find the best next step.
